Barnes Food Fair - a foodie highlight of South West London - is now in its 9th year and this year’s event will take place on Saturday 14th September, 10am-5pm, in and around a large marquee on Barnes Green. Last year, Tripadvisor voted Barnes Food Fair as one of the UK’s best September events so make sure you save the date in your diary!
Barnes Food Fair is organised by Barnes Community Association and sponsored by Savills, Barnes. The Fair is a community, fundraising event with live music, picnic area and - new for this year - a busy programme of fun and interactive foodie masterclasses which hare sponsored by Gibson Young. Limited remaining tickets for these and entrance tickets will be available on the door.
This event has grown in popularity each year and we now welcome around 3000 visitors to the event through the day. Exhibitor places are now full. Please email Charlotte (contact details below) if you are interested in exhibiting this year and she will let you know if there are any cancellations. 2019 exhibitors were emailed in July with confirmation of their stand and further details about the day. A final letter has now been sent out (by post) with passes. You can view a copy of our rules and regulations by clicking here.
We hope you will join us this year and ensure that Barnes Food Fair is better than ever! Information on tickets and masterclasses is available here.

GETTING HERE - The Fair is held on Barnes Green, London SW13.
Please note that the traffic is heavy in Barnes and the surrounding areas on Food Fair Day and this year it will be worse than usual because of the closure of Hammersmith Bridge.
CONTRACTORS/EXHIBITORS - Instead of Hammersmith Bridge, you will need to drive over Chiswick Bridge or Putney Bridge to reach Barnes. There is limited parking in the side streets around the Green.
VISITORS – Please note that we are unable to welcome your canine companions into the Fair - dogs will not be admitted.
The easiest way to approach Barnes Fair is by train to Barnes Station or Barnes Bridge – both are about a 10 minute walk.
No buses go over Hammersmith Bridge so if you take the tube to Hammersmith, you will either need to take a 533 from Hammersmith to Barnes via Chiswick or to walk over the Bridge and then take a bus to Barnes Green. The following buses go to Barnes Green: 419/533/495/209 - but be careful which side of the road you’re standing on as some of these routes are circular!
A huge thank you to Caroline Silver-Lewis, who has taken these pics on previous Food Fair days.
