The 2023 BCA Christmas Festival kicked off with the BCA/Barnes Runners Turkey Run on Sunday 3 December - athletes sporting festive attire ran 10miles/10k to raise funds for the BCA/FiSH Christmas Lunch which provided a festive feast for those locally who would otherwise go without.
White Hart Lane returned with their late-night shopping event on Tuesday 5 December with a huge charity Christmas raffle, jolly music and plenty of festive fare - Santa made an appearance too!
Friday 8 December saw Barnes Village transformed into a winter wonderland for the BCA Festive Friday with local choirs and music groups performing throughout the village, late night shopping, Santa at Rose House and some festive stalls and funfair rides on Barnes Green! The OSO also ran a Christmas market in their HQ by Barnes Pond. Once again, local interior design wonders Ng Feathers created a magical grotto for us at Rose House and there was musical entertainment, face-painting and refreshments on offer there too.
