May Barnes Town Team Meeting

 The Barnes Town Team met on 13 May and volunteers shared their updates on Ponder projects to a packed room of residents.  These are just some of the initiatives that they have been working on –

  • The One Barnes team spoke about the new Barnes website, The Barnes Hub, which will launch at Barnes Fair.

  • The placemaking team shared potential plans for a coffee facilities on the river at Small Profits Dock.

  • The Travel Barnes team spoke about the result of TfL’s consultation on buses in Barnes, on the petition to stop HGVs using The Terrace.

  • Richmond Council spoke about their new initiative,  The Fixery in East Sheen.

  • Mike Hildesley from Barnes Common presented on the Vine Road recreation ground planning application. Find out more here.
