About The Fair

Join us for a very special year as Barnes Fair turns 50!

With around 300 carefully selected exhibitors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, from fashion, jewellery and gifts to homeware and unique handmade items.

Food and drink lovers can look forward to stalls from some of Barnes’ favourite restaurants and bars, including The Crossing, The Nest, Harty’s, Arte Pizza, and new for 2025, The Guru, bringing bold Indian flavours from Castelnau. Our much-loved food and drink zone along Church Road will be buzzing again, with &Feast and Ginger Pig serving up delicious food alongside their lively DJ. BCA will, of course, be serving their famous Pimm’s all day long.

Enjoy live music throughout the day from talented local bands and choirs on the Bandstand, and don’t miss the return of the delightful Punch & Judy shows, performed with authentic hand-carved Victorian puppets. Children will love the Barnes Fair funfair, with its vintage rides, including the ever-popular steam-powered Gallopers carousel, helter skelter, and traditional swings – plus the chance to explore a real fire engine.

GENERAL FAIR INFO

GETTING HERE - The Fair is held on Barnes Green, London SW13, between 9.30am and 5.30pm. Please note that the traffic is heavy in Barnes and the surrounding areas on Fair Day. The easiest way to approach Barnes Fair is by train to Barnes Station or Barnes Bridge – both are about a 10 minute walk.

CONTRACTORS/EXHIBITORS - Since Hammersmith Bridge remains closed to vehicles, you will need to drive over Chiswick Bridge or Putney Bridge to reach Barnes. You will receive details about parking and access to the site, together with a map and a copy of Prospect magazine in late June.
